Q1: What main products do you manufacture?
A: We specialize in automotive interior upgrades (paint color change, water transfer printing, high-gloss camphor wood, sealed matte camphor wood, open-grain camphor wood, piano varnish, carbon fiber, PVD vacuum coating), steering wheel refitting (genuine leather stitching & solid wood craft), floor mats/trunk mats, wing-shaped headrests, and TPU paint protection films. We provide full interior customization and refitting for MPVs (custom full vehicle seat covers, interior part upgrades). We also offer design development and sample production for design firms to realize sample craftsmanship.
Q2: What vehicle models and scenarios are your products suitable for?
A: Applicable to Buick GL8, Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Tesla and other mainstream mid-to-high-end passenger vehicles and MPVs. We also supply supporting products for 4S stores and conduct overseas wholesale.
Q3: Is customization available? Do you support OEM & ODM?
A: Customization based on your drawings or samples is available, including customized colors, materials, logos and sizes. OEM & ODM services are supported.
Q4: Can we customize product packaging?
A: We can provide neutral white packaging or customized packaging printed with our brand SUMEI or customers’ own brands.
Q5: What quality certifications do your products hold?
A: Our paint protection films are certified to the IATF16949 automotive standard.

Q7: What about after-sales service and warranty policy?
A: Different warranty services are provided for different product lines. For quality defects within the warranty period, we support reshipment, exchange, return or repair. For out-of-warranty products, we will actively assist customers with relevant services, and all incurred costs shall be borne by customers.

A: Global automotive aftermarket including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia and more.
